Ask not what the stars are, but where they came from.
Ask not what the stars are, but where they came from.
Lillian Howe
I tell stories and create beautiful things that aim to highlight the timeless treasures of truth, goodness, purity, peace, and depth. That aim to invite hearts into The Great Dance. After all,
The curtains have been drawn for a long time now.
Oscar Wilde once wrote that we are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars. My aim is to be a contributing voice to those flying up, singing “Look up! Look up!” From this valley we’re all in. To call for the Light in this swirling of Night.
But I do not believe in the superiority of my own words, thoughts, or ideas. Rather, I believe we have each been gifted with a story to tell, which, if we pay attention, we will see is a unique part of God’s character waiting to be revealed that no one else can.
“Maybe the desire to create something beautiful is the piece of God inside each of us.” -Mary Oliver
And with that,
beautiful things are coming soon.
I am busy now,
pulling pearls from the deep.
With love and peace
and a promise for more to come,
Lillian Grace Howe
